was taken during my second trip to visit my husband's (my) family in Istanbul, Turkey. Behind me you see what is commonly
known as the "Blue Mosque"
During my first visit to the mosque in the summer of 2003,
something frightening - yet wonderful happened to me.
I felt the presence of Allah..........
As I was taking in the beauty of all that I saw inside
those walls....something overcame me.....a feeling I had never experienced before.
Tears were streaming down my cheeks and for a few moments
I could barely even speak..... - it was at that very moment....I would never doubt His existence again!
